This collection of country estates compliments the lake front Mountain Resort development.  Imagined as a legacy project for the development owner, each home and site are designed to fit the lifestyle requirements of the high net worth buyers in the local market.

The site planning allows much larger lots and separation between buildings than is typically found in the area creating tremendous value. At the same time, each home is oriented to maximize both views and solar exposure, a critical element for future buyers. Much of the planning was driven by the natural topography and we were careful to preserve what is a main selling point of this community, the beautiful landscape and clean natural environment.

As a hillside development, the villas are wide on the street front and narrow from the side.  This layout has multiple advantages.  The homes fit into the slope of the site comfortably and also allow for all rooms to have great views as they spread out along its length.  Our designers paid great attention to the design of the wide facades emphasizing the composition and character of the rich detailing.

The collection of floor plans is designed to meet the needs of a variety of lifestyles and adapt to the special site conditions.  All the expected amenities of homes at this level are designed into the plans from formal spaces for entertaining, private areas for the family, and support spaces for full staffing when needed.

Expressing the quality of the community on the exterior façade is critical in this market. The more traditional styles have proven to be the most successful and we can draw on great examples from history for inspiration. We designed a variety of complimentary styles to create an eclectic community. French, Mediterranean, English Manor, Neo-Classical, and a local version of Arts & Crafts styles are designed and plotted on the site to give the project a sense of it being custom.

All-natural limestone is used on the exterior in a variety of colors and finishes.  Though this is a production builder project, we gave the exteriors a custom level of attention to be sure the final result meets the target market expectations.
